FACILITATOR TRAINING

Embodied Youth 360 is shaping a future where young people move, create, and connect with purpose.

The Embodied Youth 360 Facilitator Training is designed for educators, parents, and facilitators who want to bring a dynamic, body-based approach to social-emotional learning, classroom management, and community building.

In a world where children are increasingly disconnected from their bodies and each other, this training provides the tools to foster confidence, emotional resilience, and authentic expression—both in kids and in the adults who guide them.

APPROACH

At Embodied Youth 360, we believe that empowering young people starts with equipping the adults who guide them. Our facilitator training blends developmental movement, expressive arts, and social-emotional learning (SEL) with evidence-based mindfulness and compassionate communication.

Through a holistic, hands-on approach, educators, facilitators, and caregivers gain the skills to create safe, inclusive spaces where kids can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.

This is more than just a training—it's a transformational experience that enhances your ability to support youth with clarity, care, and embodied presence.

CURRICULUM

Our training is designed to be both practical and immersive, giving facilitators the tools to integrate embodiment, creative expression, and relational learning into their teaching. The curriculum includes:

  • Embodiment, Movement & Dance as Essential – Using movement-based practices to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and authentic expression, rooted in The 360 Emergence methodology.

  • Theatre & Expressive Arts for Youth – Engaging children in storytelling, movement exploration, and collaborative performance to build confidence and creativity.

  • Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) for Children & Adults – Building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empathy through storytelling, role-play, and interactive exercises.

  • Creating Classroom Containers for Belonging & Learning – Structuring inclusive, engaging environments using rituals, relational classroom management, and educator presence.

  • Restorative Practices & Community Agreements – Facilitating conflict resolution, co-creating agreements with students, and leading community-building circles.

  • Mindfulness for the Classroom – Teaching breathwork, movement-based meditation, and sensory awareness to develop focus, calmness, and self-regulation.

  • Song Circles & Interactive Music – Using call-and-response singing, body percussion, and group harmony to cultivate joy and connection.

  • Compassionate Communication for Teachers & Kids – Integrating Nonviolent Communication (NVC), active listening, and mindful speech to create relationships where kids feel seen, heard, and empowered.
